Compare cultivation media

This tool can be used to compare two medium compositions with each other. See an example with two rather similar media.

After selecting a medium from the list, only the ID will be shown in the field for technical reasons.

Result

Rows are highlighted in yellow if different concentrations are used and red if an ingredient is only found in one medium.

Please note that media do not only differ in the final composition of their ingredients. Other factors play an important role, e.g. gas compositions and instructions, which are neglected by this tool. Additionally, this tool depends on the automatically calculated medium composition, which can be error prone and incomplete. Please bear that in mind.
