Double distilled water 1000.00 ml - -
1 Adjust pH to 11.0 with NaOH.
2 Fill into screw-cap tubes, leaving 60% headspace.
3 Sparge medium with 100% N2 gas mixture to make it anoxic.
4 Autoclave at 121 °C for 20 min.
5 After autoclaving, cool down and add from sterile stock solutions while stirring:
