| 1 Blend 50.0 g corn meal in 800 ml of distilled water. Leave overnight in the refrigerator. Heat at 60°C for one hour. Filter and make up volume to 1 l. Add 10.0 g agar and heat to dissolve, then autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. pH 6.0. | |||||
