1 Dissolve dehydrated TSB medium and resazurin, bring to the boil and cool to room temperature while sparging with 100% N2 gas. Adjust pH to 5.5, dispense under same gas atmosphere into anoxic Hungate-type tubes or serum vials and autoclave. Add glucose from a separately sterilized anoxic stock solution.
