1 Mix components thoroughly, bring to a boil and cool down under a stream of N2. While gassing, add the following solutions and adjust pH to 7.0:
L-Cysteine HCl x H2O
(5%)

2 Distribute the medium into culture vessels (e.g., 10 ml in Balch type tubes) under N2, seal with butyl rubber stoppers and autoclave. After cooling, add per liter the following solutions (autoclaved and stored under a N2 atmosphere):

(1 M)
10.0 ml - -
