2 Separately sterilize the above described solutions. Mix Solutions A, B, C and D, distribute into culture vessels under a N2-CO2 (4:1, v/v) gas mixture, and seal with butyl rubber stoppers. Then, add Solution E and adjust pH to 7.2 - 7.8, if necessary.
