1 Adjust pH to 6.8.
2 After sterilization, aseptically add solutions of sodium ascorbate and L-cysteine x HCl to final concentration of 1.0% and 0.05%, respectively. Heat medium not freshly prepared in a steamer for 10 min before addition of the reducing substances.
