10	g/l	Yeast extract	
10	g/l	Peptone (Difco)	
70	g/l	Glucose	
1000	ml	Distilled water	
15	g	Agar, for solid medium	

1. Adjust the pH to 6.0 with dilute HCl. Solid media may be prepared by adding 15g/l agar.
