100	ml	Yeast extract (pH 7.0, autoclaved, 25%)	
20	ml	Phenol red (pH 7.0, autoclaved, 1%)	
670	ml	Distilled water	
210	ml	**Sterile supplement**	

1. Add all components except sterile supplement; adjust pH to 7.6 + 0.2. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes; add aseptically sterile supplement.


## Sterile supplement

10	ml	Glucose (50 %)	
200	ml	Horse serum	
1	g	Ampicillin	

1. Adjust pH to 7.0 + 0.2 and autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.
