0.5	g	MgSO4 x 7 H2O	
0.25	g	CaCl2 x 2 H2O	
1	g	Yeast extract (Difco)	
10	g	Glucose	
1000	ml	Distilled water	

1. Adjust pH to 3.0 with 10 N H2SO4. Separately autoclave yeast extract and glucose as 10% solutions, and add aseptically to the medium.
