0.5	g	(NH4)2SO4	
0.1	g	NaBr	
30	mg	H3BO3	
15	mg	SrCl2 x 6 H2O	
50	µl	KJ (1 mg/ml)	
10	g	Elemental sulfur	
1000	ml	Double distilled water	
20	ml	Na2S (2.5 %), used for reduction of the medium	
0.04	%	Yeast extract	

1. Reduction of the medium by addition of 20 ml Na2S (2.5%); then adjust pH to 5.5 with sulfuric acid.
2. Gas phase: H2/CO2=80/20 (250 kPa).
3. After autoclaving add 0.04% yeast extract.
4. Incubation at 90°C for 1-2 days.
