3	g	Meat extract	
15	g	NaCl	
15	g	Agar, if necessary	
1000	ml	Distilled water	

1. Rehydrate and grow freeze-dried cells from ampoule in liquid broth 115. Subsequent subculturing may be carried out in liquid medium or on agar.
