# 1161: DUBOS SALTS MEDIUM


## Main sol. 1161

0.5	g	NaNO3	
1	g	K2HPO4	
0.5	g	MgSO4 x 7 H2O	
0.5	g	KCl	
10	mg	FeSO4 x 7 H2O	
15	g	Agar	
1000	ml	Distilled water	

1. Adjust to pH 7.2. Autoclave at 121°C/15 min. Dispense into slopes. When the agar has solidified, place a strip of sterile filter paper on to the surface of each slope. Inoculate on to the filter paper.
