After autoclaving, keep at about 60°C, then add to each 250 ml lot: 1.5 ml **Vitamin solution** 10 ml Glucose (filter-sterilized, 0.2M) 250 ml Agar (autoclaved, kept about 60°C, 3%, washed) 3. Filter sterilize the solution.
