10	g	Trypticase (BBL)	
5	g	Yeast extract	
0.25	g	Glucose	
0.25	g	Cellobiose	
0.25	g	Maltose	
0.25	g	Starch (soluble)	
0.3	g	L-Cysteine HCl x H2O	
1	mg	Resazurin	
1000	ml	Distilled water	
1	ml	**Vitamin solution**	
2.5	ml	Na2CO3 (8% w/v)	
15	g	Agar, for solid medium	

1. Boil 10 minutes under N2 stream, cool to room temperature. Adjust pH to 7.3 and autoclave for 20 minutes at 121°C. After autoclaving add sterile, anoxic solutions marked with #. For preparation of solid medium add 15.0 g agar per liter.
