1. Sterilize solution A and B separately at 121°C for 15 min. Cool to 50°C and then combine.


## Solution A

1	g	Yeast extract	
0.2	g	(NH4)2SO4	
0.5	g	MgSO4 x 7 H2O	
0.25	g	CaCl2 x 2 H2O	
0.6	g	KH2PO4	
500	ml	Distilled water	

1. Adjust pH to 3.0 - 4.0.

20	g	Agar	
500	ml	Distilled water
