5	g	Peptone	
2	g	Glucose	
1	g	KH2PO4	
0.2	g	MgSO4 x 7 H2O	
40	ml	Na2CO3 (7.5% w/v)	
1	ml	**Trace element solution SL10**	
960	ml	Distilled water	
15	g	Agar, for solid medium	

1. Final pH to 9.5.
2. Autoclave the Na2CO3 solution separately and combine with the rest of the medium after cooling both to about 50°C. Agar may be added at 15g/l to solidify the medium
