# 1366: GAUZE 1 WITH ADDITIONAL YEAST EXTRACT ## Main sol. 1366 20 g Starch (soluble) 180 g NaCl 1 g KNO3 0.5 g K2HPO4 x 3 H2O 0.5 g MgSO4 x 7 H2O 0.01 g FeSO4 x 7 H2O 10 g Yeast extract 1000 ml Distilled water 20 g Agar, for solid medium 1. Adjust to pH 7.0 and sterilize by autoclaving. The medium may be solidified by adding 20.0 g/l agar.
