15	g	NaCl	
10	g	Yeast extract	
8	g	NaCO3	
1000	ml	Distilled water	

1. Prepare the liquid medium. Adjust to pH 10.0. Dispense the medium into serum bottles under gassing with N2. Sterilize by autoclaving
