1. Adjust to pH 5.9 before autoclaving
2. Prepare the liquid medium. Before inoculation add from sterile stock solutions: 

5	ml/l	NaHCO3 (10% w/v)	
20	ml/l	CaCl2 (10% w/v)	
3	ml/l	KH2PO4 (10% w/v)	
2	ml/l	**Vitamine Solution**	

3. Adjust to pH 8.0 - 8.5 with 0.5 N NaOH.

1. Filtersterilized
