20	ml	**Modified Hutner`s Basal Salts Solution**	
1000	ml	Distilled water	
15	g	Agar, for solid medium	

1. Autoclave at 121 °C for 15 min.

10	ml	**Vitamine Solution**

2	mg	Biotin	
2	mg	Folic acid	
5	mg	Thiamine HCl	
5	mg	D-Calcium pantothenate	
0.1	mg	Vitamin B12	
5	mg	Riboflavin	
1000	ml	Distilled water	


## Modified Hutner`s Basal Salts Solution

10	g	Nitrilotriacetic acid	
29.7	g	MgSO4 x 7 H2O	
3.34	g	CaCl2 x 2 H2O	
9.25	mg	Ammonium Molybdate	
99	mg	FeSO4 x 7 H2O	
50	ml	**Metals "44"**	
950	ml	Distilled water	

1. Note: Dissolve and neutralize the nitrilotriacetic acid with KOH (7.3 g); add the other ingredients and adjust the pH to 6.6 - 6.8 before bringing the volume to 1.0 L with distilled water.

1. Note: Initially add a few drops of H2SO4 to the distilled water to retard
