40	mg	KH2PO4	
40	mg	K2HPO4	
80	mg	NaCl	
0.4	g	NaHCO3	
0.5	g	L-Cysteine HCl x H2O	
1000	ml	Distilled water	

1. Add nicotinic acid to the given amount of water, boil until dissolved and cool to room temperature. Add the other substances, adjust pH to 8.2 and distribute under 100% nitrogen atmosphere.
