3	g	Bacto Tryptone	
2	g	Starch (soluble)	
2.38	g	HEPES	
0.25	g	CaCl2 x 2 H2O	
0.5	g	MgSO4 x 7 H2O	
0.5	mg	Vitamin B12	
15	g	Agar (Difco), for solid medium	
1000	ml	Distilled water	

1. Sterilize vitamin B12 separately by filtration. Adjust pH of medium to 7.0 with KOH prior to autoclaving.
