0.25	g	Yeast extract	
0.5	g	Peptone (Difco)	
0.1	g	Glucose	
1.95	g	HEPES	
0.37	g	MgSO4 x 7 H2O	
0.43	g	CaSO4 x 2 H2O	
14	g	Agar	
1000	ml	Distilled water	
5	ml	**Vitamin solution**	

1. Adjust pH to 7.0 prior to the addition of agar.
2. After autoclaving and cooling to about 55°C, add 5 ml of vitamin solution.

50	mg	Vitamin B12	
50	mg	Pantothenic acid	
50	mg	Riboflavin	
10	mg	Pyridoxamine hydrochloride	
20	mg	Biotin	
20	mg	Folic acid	
25	mg	Nicotinic acid	
25	mg	Nicotine amide	
50	mg	alpha-lipoic acid	
50	mg	p-Aminobenzoic acid	
50	mg	Thiamine-HCl x 2 H2O	
1000	ml	Distilled water	

1. Stir for some hours, filter sterilize the solution.
