20	g	Agar (Bacto)	
1000	ml	**Artificial Sea Water Solution 2x concentrated (ASW)** (or Biomaris)	

1. Adjust the pH to 7.3 with NaOH 4M
2. Add to 1000 ml of medium after autoclaving and cooling to 55°C: 

1	ml	**Trace element solution SL-10**	
1	ml	**Vitamin solution**

2.6	g	CaCl2 x 2 H2O

1000	ml	Double distilled water

100	mg	MnCl2 x 4 H2O

190	mg	CoCl2 x 6 H2O

1. First dissolve FeCl2 in the HCl, then dilute in water, add and dissolve the other salts. Finally make up to 1000.00 ml.
