1	g	NH4Cl	
1	g	KH2PO4	
1	g	MgSO4 x 7 H2O	
0.06	g	CaCl2 x 2 H2O	
30	g	NaCl	
1.25	mg	FeCl3 x 6 H2O	
1	g	Yeast extract	
1	g	Agar	
1000	ml	Distilled water	

1. Adjust pH to 7.0 and autoclave.
2. After autoclaving, add from separate sterile solutions per liter medium: 

10	ml	Glucose (10% w/v)	
10	ml	NaHCO3 (5% w/v)	
3.3	ml	Na2S x 9 H2O (3% w/v)	

3. Aseptically fill sterile 10-ml screwcap tubes almost completely with the medium. Make stab inoculation.
