# 240: CORYNEBACTERIUM MEDIUM WITH BLOOD


## Main sol. 240

10	g	Casein peptone (tryptic digest)	
5	g	Yeast extract	
5	g	Glucose	
5	g	NaCl	
15	g	Agar	
1000	ml	Distilled water	
5	%	Defibrinated Blood	

1. Sterilize medium and cool to about 45°C . Aseptically add 5% defibrinated blood.
2. Adjust pH to 7.2 - 7.4.
