# 248: OAT FLAKES AGAR WITH YEAST EXTRACT ## Main sol. 248 20 g Oat flakes 1 ml **Trace element solution** 2 g Yeast extract 20 g Agar 1000 ml Distilled water 1. Adjust pH to 7.2. 2. Boil oat flakes for 20 min, filter through cheese cloth and adjust to 1000 ml.
