1.25	mg	FeSO4 x 7 H2O	
5	g	Yeast extract	
5	g	Cellobiose (cellulose: MN 300)	
0.8	g	NaHCO3	
1	mg	Resazurin	
0.5	g	L-Cysteine HCl x H2O	
1000	ml	Distilled water	

1. Adjust pH to 7.4 with 8 M NaOH.
2. Prepare the medium anaerobically under 100% nitrogen. Cellobiose, NaHCO3, and cysteine are sterilized separately by autoclaving under N2.
