100	ml	**10 x M9 salts (per l)**	
1	ml	MgSO4 (1 M)	
1	ml	CaCl2 (0.1 M)	
1	ml	Thiamine-HCl x 2 H2O (filter-sterilized, 1 M)	
10	ml	Glucose (20%)	
900	ml	Distilled water	

1. The above solutions should be sterilized separately by filtration (thiamine, glucose) or autoclaving.
2. Adjust pH to 7.4.
