1.5	g	KH2PO4	
2	g	NH4Cl	
0.2	g	MgSO4 x 7 H2O	
5	mg	Ferric ammonium citrate	
3	mg	MnSO4 x H2O	
0.2	mg	ZnSO4 x 7 H2O	
10	µg	CoSO4	
10	mg	Nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA)	
1000	ml	Distilled water	

1. Adjust pH to 7.0.
2. One drop of toluene is evaporated in a desiccator so that the atmosphere is saturated. 0.1% succinate may be added to the medium as additional carbon source.
