5	g	Yeast extract	
5	g	Malt extract	
5.7	g	K2HPO4	
0.2	g	MgSO4 x 7 H2O	
1.2	g	NH4H2PO4	
60	mg	Catalase (Sigma C-10)	
980	ml	Distilled water	

1. Adjust pH to 7.0. Add catalase and MgSO4 to 10 ml of distilled water each, and sterilize separately by filtration. Cool down autoclaved main solution to 50°C, and aseptically add catalase and MgSO4 solution.
