Autoclave solutions A, B and C separately, combine, adjust pH to 8.2. ## Solution A 5.12 g K2HPO4 1.5 g KH2PO4 500 ml Distilled water 1. Adjust pH to 9.0 with KOH. ## Solution B 0.3 g NH4Cl 0.01 g CaCl2 0.2 g MgSO4 x 7 H2O 2 g KNO3 0.92 g Na-benzoate 500 ml Distilled water ## Solution C 2 ml **Trace element solution SL-4** ## Trace element solution SL-4 0.5 g EDTA 0.2 g FeSO4 x 7 H2O 100 ml **Trace element solution SL-6** 900 ml Distilled water 1. First dissolve EDTA in distilled water by adjusting the pH to 7.0 - 8.0 using a 2 M solution of NaOH; then add ferrous sulfate and the trace element solution SL-6. 2.
