1. 1/2 strength medium 514. If using Difco Bacto Marine Broth use 18.7 g/l.
2. Final pH 7.6. The medium may be solidified by adding 15 g/l agar.

1. Final pH should be 7.6 ± 0.2 at 25°C. If using the complete medium from Difco add 37.40 g to 1 litre water.
