1	ml	**Trace elements solution (Pfennig & Lippert,1966)**

0.1	g	CaCl2 x 2 H2O	
0.2	g	Yeast extract	
1	g	D-Glucose	
15	g	Agar, for solid medium	
1000	ml	Distilled water	

1. Dissolve sodium chloride, hydrogenphosphates, ammonium chloride and acetate, adjust pH of solution to 7.0 - 7.2 and autoclave. After autoclaving add trace elements, magnesium sulfate, calcium chloride, yeast extract and glucose from sterile stock solutions. Adjust pH of complete medium to 7.0, if necessary.
