1. Solutions A and B are sterilized separately. After cooling to approximately 45°C solution A is poured into solution B. Mix thoroughly.


## Solution A

0.2	g	(NH4)2SO4	
0.5	g	MgSO4 x 7 H2O	
0.25	g	CaCl2 x 2 H2O	
3	g	KH2PO4	
1	g	Yeast extract	
1	g	Tryptone (Bacto)	
1	g	Glucose	
1	g	Starch	
500	ml	Distilled water	

1. Adjust pH to 4.3.


## Solution B

20	g	Agar	
500	ml	Distilled water
