0.5	g	MgSO4 x 7 H2O	
3	g	(NH4)2SO4	
0.25	g	CaCl2 x 2 H2O	
5	g	Na2S2O3 x 5 H2O	
1000	ml	Distilled water	

1. Prepare the medium without thiosulfate, adjust pH to 4.4 - 4.7 and autoclave at 121°C for 15 min. Sterilize thiosulfate separately by filtration and add after autoclaving.
2. Note: Incubate statically without shaking.
