# 91: PROPIONIBACTERIUM AGAR


## Main sol. 91

10	g	Casein peptone (tryptic digest)	
5	g	Yeast extract	
10	g	Na-lactate	
15	g	Agar	
1000	ml	Distilled water	

1. Adjust pH to 7.0 - 7.2. For anaerobic handling of the liquid medium (without agar), prepare and distribute into Hungate tubes by use of the Hungate technique.
