## Mail sol. C95

28	g	Nutrient agar (Oxoid CM3)	
500	ml	Natural sea water (filtered)	
500	ml	Deionized water	

1. Make  up  to 1  litre  with deionized  water.  Steam  for  30  minutes,  ensuring 
homogeneity, then dispense  as  required. Autoclave  at 15 psi and  slope  (tubes) 
prior to cooling.
