## Mail sol. C97

28	g	Nutrient agar (Oxoid CM3)	
200	ml	Natural sea water (filtered)	
800	ml	Deionized water	

1. Make  up  to 1  litre  with deionized  water.  Steam  for  30  minutes,  ensuring 
homogeneity, then dispense  as  required. Autoclave  at 15 psi and  slope  (tubes) 
prior to cooling.
2. Alternatively use "Ultramarine" Synthetica sea salts 17.5 g
