0.17	g	CaSO4 x 2 H2O	
1	ml	**SL-6 trace element solution**	
200	g	NaCl	
1	g	Na glutamate	
5	g	Yeast extract (BD-Difco)	
5	g	Casamino acids (BD-Difco)	
5	g	Na2CO3	
20	g	Agar	

1. Add components except Na2CO3 to distilled water and bring volume to 900 ml. Adjust pH to 6.5 and autoclave. Dissolve Na2CO3 in 100 ml distilled water and autoclave separately. Aseptically add the sterile Na2CO3 solution to the medium. Check final pH to be 9.0-9.5.

0.2	g	CoCl2 x 6 H2O	
0.01	g	CuCl2 x 2 H2O

1000	ml	Distilled water	

1. Adjust pH to 3.6.
