## Main sol. J424

1. Use Medium No. 284 supplemented with 0.1 g sodium acetate in Solution A (per 900 ml), and with 2.72 g sodium formate in Solution B (per 100 ml) instead of sodium pyruvate. Otherwise, prepare the medium as described in the recipe of Medium No. 284.
2. Comment: For strain JCM 12467, incubate with a 10% inoculum.
