## Main sol. J507

1. Use Solution A of Medium No. 284 supplemented with 0.1 g sodium acetate and bring final volume to 1.0 L. Replace the gas phase with H2-CO2 (80:20, v/v) and pressurize an inoculated bottle to 150 kPa with the same gas mixture.
2. Comment: For cultivation of strain JCM 13418, incubate with a 10% inoculum.
