9	ml	**Trace mineral solution**	
5	ml	**Trace vitamins**	
5	�l	FeSO4 x 7 H2O (10%)	
2	g	Tryptone (BD-Difco)	
2	g	Yeast extract	
2	g	Casamino acids (BD-Difco)	
1	mg	Resazurin	
1000	ml	Distilled water	

1. Mix components thoroughly. Bring to a boil, cool down and distribute into culture vessels under a N2 gas stream. Seal with butyl rubber stoppers and autoclave. Prior to inoculation, add the following solution (autoclaved under a N2 atmosphere) into the medium (per liter): 

4	ml	Na2S x 9 H2O (5%)

0.2	g	FeCl2 x 4 H2O	
0.1	g	MnCl2 x 4 H2O	
0.02	g	CoCl2 x 6 H2O	
0.1	g	CaCl2 x 2 H2O	
0.1	g	ZnCl2	
0.2	g	CuCl2	
0.01	g	H3BO3	
0.01	g	Na2MoO4 x 2 H2O	
1	g	NaCl	
0.02	g	Na2SeO3 x 5 H2O	
1000	ml	Distilled water	

1. Dissolve nitrilotriacetic acid at first and adjust pH to 6.5 with KOH. Then proceed to add the minerals.
