30	g	Trypticase soy broth (Oxoid)	
1000	ml	Distilled water	

1. Mix components thoroughly and autoclave. After cooling, adjust pH to 8.5 - 9.0 with sterile 20% sodium carbonate solution (autoclaved).
2. For preparation of solid medium, add 20.0 g/L agar.
