15	g	Glucose	
2	g	Yeast extract	
3	g	Peptone	
65	ml	Acetic acid	
20	ml	Ethanol	
900	ml	Distilled water	

1. Mix ingredients, except acetic acid and ethanol, and autoclave. Aseptically add acetic acid and ethanol to the medium. Unadjusted pH will be about 2.9.
