(add 1g/l naphthalene-2,6-disulfonic acid from a sterilized stock solution to the autoclaved medium)

(add 2 g/l p-sulfobenzoate from a filter-sterilized stock solution)

(add 20 mg/l 2,4,6-trichlorophenol from a filtersterilized stock solution)

(supply diphenyl ether via the gas phase)

(with 0.1 g/l yeast extract, add 0.5 g/l 2-naphthalenesulfonic acid from a filter-sterilized stock solution)

(with 50 mg/l yeast extract, add 0.5 g/l 2-naphthalenesulfonic acid from a filter-sterilized stock solution)

Omit ammonium and nitrate, add 0.365 g/l 3-aminopropanesulfonate as nitrogen source

Plus 100 mg/l anilin

Plus 10mM methylammoniumchloride

Plus 2 g/l nicotine. Omit N-sources: replace ammonium sulfate by 0.05 g/l potassuim sulfate, and replace calcium nitrate by 0.05 g/l calcium chloride

Plus 2.5 g/l taurine
