| 1 Bring 75% seawater to the boil, add the powdered rye grass and keep boiling for 5 minutes. Allow to cool and restore volume to 1 litre with deionized water. Filter through Whatman GF/C paper. Autoclave at 15 psi for 15 minutes. | |||||
