Boil both solutions under a stream of nitrogen gas for few minutes and autoclave
separately under anaerobic conditions at 121C for 15 minutes. Mix aseptically after
autoclaving under a stream of sterile nitrogen gas and adjust final pH to 7.8. Distribute
in screw-capped bottles or tubes.
