1 Dissolve components in distilled water and bring volume to 1.0 L. For preparation of solid medium, add 20.0 g/L agar (if necessary, use washed agar as described in the recipe of Medium No. 574). After autoclaving, adjust pH to 9.0 by the addition of 10% (w/v) Na2CO3 solution (autoclaved).
